Last year we wrote: "... the new tax reform - Tax Cuts and Jobs Act(TCJA) passed by congress and signed by president Trump is starting to take effect from January 1, 2018. The depth and breadth of this new tax law change has not being seen in more than 30 years since 1986 tax reform..."
